The dictionary should have Chris's picture next to the definition of customer service. He goes far above and beyond what one would normally expect. He produced approximately 50 DVDs from tape accurately with handy indices and beautiful packaging. Not only was his work far superior to Southtree, it was more than price competitive (even with Southtree's promotions). I highly recommend Chris -- you will not be disappointed.
